Troy, Michigan, November 27, 2009 – Hotel Management Advisors of Beverly Hills, CA has entered into an agreement with Art Leaders (www.artleaders.com) of West Bloomfield, MI to create a Gallery Of Art at THE MET Hotel Troy (www.themettroy.com) . The space will be approximately 4,000 square feet and include a separate entrance from the parking area. The goal is to include a gallery of fine art at the MET Hotel that is informative, experiential and interactive. Paintings will include artists such as Jose Royo, Henry Asencio, Arian, Jeremy Jarvis, Michael Flor and others.

Art Leaders Gallery is based at 33030 Northwestern Highway in West Bloomfield, MI in a two story building which displays classic, contemporary and original works of famous artists, photographers, sculptors, and fine artists of glass. Art Leaders Gallery was voted Best Fine Art Gallery of Michigan.

THE MET brand is a new concept created by the Metropolitan Brand of hotels and the Troy location will be its first prototype MET. The property is owned by Park Avenue Investors of New York, NY.

Troy, Michigan, November 13, 2009 – Hotel Management Advisors of Beverly Hills, CA has reached an agreement with Chrysler to host a couple of concept vehicles in the lobby and the landing area of DeSotos Bar until Thanksgiving. The property is owned by Park Avenue Investors of New York, NY. Residents of Troy are encouraged to visit and take photos alongisde these one of a kind vehicles.

Vehicles are:

The Dodge Tomohawk - Shatters all barriers of conventional thinking about personal transportation. Four wheel, single passenger vehicle is a sleek, rolling sculpture that combines art-deco styling with extreme engineering. The 500 horsepower Viper V-10 engine powering the dual rear wheels give this radical vehicle a potential top speed of nearly 400 miles per hour.

The Dodge Slingshot - A sports car designed to be affordable from the ground up, designed for open air driving, with a main roof panel and side rails over the passenger area that can be stored in the trunk while a canvas roof panel can slide back and out of the way like a roll top desk for open air-driving.

Troy, Michigan, November 26, 2009 – Hotel Management Advisors of Beverly Hills, CA has entered into an agreement with Just Baked Cupcake Company of Livonia, MI to create a “Signature Room” at the hotel. The company is based in Livonia and currently has two locations (Livonia andTwelve Oaks). Plans to open a 3rd location in Royal Oaks, MI early 2010 are currently underway. The MET Hotel Troy plans to select 20 companies to create Signature Rooms and Suites at the hotel on the corner of the I-75 and Crooks Road. "Every company we approach is based on research, we're looking for companies that have a unique product or service delivery method or name that is distinctly Detroit..." says Sean Smith, Corporate Director Of Business Development for HMA. "Our goal is to have a wing of rooms that sell the visitor not only on our location but also on Detroit" and we're well on our way.
